ACON draws and supervises PPP projects in the sectors of infrastructure and Real Estate.<\/strong><\/p>

PPPs represent partnership arrangements between two or more parties belonging to<\/p>

the public or private sector. Their shared and\/or compatible objectives consist of the<\/p>

provision of public goods and public needs, which should be clearly defined. Authority<\/p>

and responsibility are shared to some degree. Resources can be joint, and\/or<\/p>

cooperative working will be conducted, and the private partner\u2019s competencies are<\/p>

employed under public sector management or oversight. Furthermore, liability and<\/p>

risks are shared, the benefit is mutual, and value-for-money needs to be insured for<\/p>
